Alisson Becker

Alisson Becker is a Brazilian goalkeeper who established himself as one of the world’s elite shot-stoppers through his commanding presence at Internacional, AS Roma, and Liverpool FC. Combining exceptional positional intelligence with outstanding sweeping ability and distribution, his composure under pressure makes him a foundational cornerstone for both his club and the Brazil national team.

Alisson excels as a modern sweeper-keeper, positioning himself high up the pitch to extinguish long balls before they develop into counterattacks. His elite distribution enables him to launch direct transitional attacks with pin-point side-volleys and throws. In 1v1 situations, he maintains a patient, upright stance, maximizing his 1.93m frame to block shot angles rather than committing early.

At Goat Arena, Alisson must be evaluated through prevention metrics, total clean sheets, high claim efficiency, and passing accuracy under high-press environments. His talent for transforming defensive collection phases into direct attacking vectors elevates his profile far beyond basic goal line shot-stopping.
